Biography
State Representative Jay Case is currently serving his sixth term representing the 63rd District, which includes the towns of Colebrook, Goshen, Torrington, and Winchester. He is a lifelong resident of Winsted and a graduate of The Gilbert School. Prior to his election to the General Assembly, Jay worked for 25 years in the residential construction industry.
