State Representative Joe de la Cruz is serving his fourth term representing the 41st Assembly District, which includes parts of Groton and New London. He is a lifelong resident of Groton and a graduate of Fitch High School. Before his election to the General Assembly, he served on the Groton Town Council for 12 years, including a term as Deputy Mayor.
