Gayle Harrell is a Health Information Technology Consultant and CEO of Health IT Strategies. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee, moved to Florida in 1957, and holds a B.A. in Spanish and an M.A. in Latin American Studies and History from the University of Florida. She has a long history of public service, including serving in the Florida House of Representatives from 2000-2008 and 2010-2018.
