Thomas J. 'Tom' Leek is a Chief Legal Officer and EVP at Foundation Risk Partners, Corp. He was elected to the Senate in 2024 and previously served in the House of Representatives from 2016-2024. He holds a B.A. from the University of Central Florida and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. He is married to Michelle and has two children, Alexandria and Sarah.
