Darryl Ervin Rouson is an attorney with Rubenstein Law and a former prosecutor in Pinellas County. He served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2008-2016 before being elected to the Senate in 2016. He is a graduate of Xavier of New Orleans (B.A., 1977) and the University of Florida (J.D., 1980).
